Terms of Service
What we do, what we don't, what it costs, and what happens if something goes wrong. In plain language, like the report itself.

2. Scope and acceptance
These Terms of Service govern the website audit services ordered through the Provider's website. By placing an order you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. Acceptance is a condition of a valid order.
The Provider may amend these Terms. Amendments take effect on publication and do not affect orders already placed.
3. What the service covers
The Provider reviews the website you specify, with the support of artificial intelligence and according to its own methodology, and produces a written report. The report sets out the problems found, what they cost you in business terms, and what we recommend changing.
The packages — Starter, Professional, Complete — differ in how many pages we review and which aspects we examine. The description published on the Packages page at the time of ordering applies.
The service does not include fixing the problems, copywriting, link building or development work. These can be agreed separately.
4. Formation of the contract
You provide the website address, your email address, your name and — for business purchases — billing details on the order form. The order constitutes a distance contract concluded by electronic means.
The contract comes into existence when payment is successfully completed. The Provider then sends a confirmation to the email address given.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide. The Provider is not liable for the consequences of an incorrect website or email address.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown on the website in euro (EUR). The price is a one-off fee, not a subscription.
Payment is made by card through Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. The Provider neither sees nor stores card details.
The Provider issues an invoice in accordance with applicable law and sends it electronically.
6. Delivery
The Provider produces the report within 24 hours of payment, sends it to the email address given, and makes it available online.
If the website cannot be reached at the time of the review, cannot be examined for technical reasons, or explicitly prohibits such examination, the Provider will notify you and refund the fee.
7. Use of the report
You may use the report freely for your own business purposes, including passing it to your developer or contractor.
The methodology, structure and wording of the report remain the intellectual property of the Provider. The report, in whole or in substantial part, may not be published publicly or resold to third parties without the Provider's prior written consent.
8. Right of withdrawal
Where you are a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.) implementing Directive 2011/83/EU.
However, under Section 29(1)(m) of that Decree you lose that right in respect of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, where performance began with your express prior consent and with your acknowledgement that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
The order form therefore asks you to confirm, by a separate checkbox, that you request immediate performance and accept that you lose your right of withdrawal. Without that confirmation the Provider will not begin work before the 14-day period has expired.
Customers acting in the course of a business are not entitled to withdrawal.
9. Defective performance
If the report is not delivered, is incomplete, or plainly does not relate to the website ordered, notify us at pongracz.gergely@weboptimai.com within 8 days of receipt.
Where the complaint is justified, the Provider will produce or correct the report free of charge; if that is not possible, the fee will be refunded.
10. Limitation of liability
The report contains professional opinion and recommendations, not guarantees. The Provider does not warrant what increase in traffic, enquiries or revenue will follow from acting on them.
The report is based on publicly accessible surfaces at the time of the review, without access to source code, server configuration or analytics data. The Provider is not liable for limitations arising from this.
Save for intentional breach and breach causing death, bodily injury or damage to health, the Provider's liability is limited to the fee actually paid.
You warrant that you are entitled to have the website reviewed, or that you have the consent of the person who is.
11. Complaints
Complaints may be made at pongracz.gergely@weboptimai.com or on {{TELEFONSZÁM}}. The Provider investigates and answers complaints in writing within 30 days.
Consumers who are dissatisfied with the outcome may turn to the competent conciliation body ({{A SZÉKHELY SZERINTI BÉKÉLTETŐ TESTÜLET NEVE ÉS CÍME}}), the consumer protection authority, the EU online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr, or the courts.
12. Data protection
See our Privacy notice.
13. Miscellaneous
Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by Hungarian law, in particular the Civil Code, Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.) and Act CVIII of 2001. Where the Hungarian and English versions differ, the Hungarian text prevails.
