Privacy notice
Briefly and in plain language: what data we handle, why, for how long, and what you can do about it.
Important: this text describes how the system actually works. Before commercial use it must be reviewed by a lawyer and the controller's company details filled in. Do not publish it as is.
Who handles your data
To fill in: company name, registered address, tax number, representative, contact email.
What we handle and why
If you order an audit
- Name, email, billing details — to perform the contract and to invoice. Legal basis: performance of a contract, and a statutory obligation to retain invoices.
- The website address you give us — to carry out the analysis.
If you subscribe to the newsletter
- Email address — to send the newsletter. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email.
If you send a message
- Name, email, message — to reply. Legal basis: legitimate interest in answering your enquiry.
What we do with the analysed website
We load the address you give us in a browser and take screenshots of it — the same way any visitor would. We do not log into anything, we change nothing, and we collect no personal data from the site. The screenshots and the analysis results are stored to produce the report and for later comparison.
Who we share it with
- The analysis provider — page text and screenshots are processed by an artificial intelligence provider.
- The invoicing and payment providers — to fulfil the order.
- The partner team — only if you also request implementation and consent to it separately.
To fill in: the actual providers and their registered locations.
How long we keep it
- Billing data: for the period required by law.
- Analyses and reports: while the client relationship lasts, or until you ask for deletion.
- Newsletter subscription: until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, and you may object to processing. You can withdraw your consent at any time. You may lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
